   The OSSL Executive have reviewed the current hdcp. system and will make the following changes:

          1/ Change the maximum low hdcp. of -68.

          2/ Introduce a new maximum spot of 64 pts. 
   
   Revisions will be implemented on a trial basis and will be monitored as more statistics are accumulated.
